We’re excited to feature a selection of trusted professionals in these areas to support your journey!

Struggling with your relationship to food, movement, and body image takes the joy out of not only eating and how you feel about yourself but so many aspects of your life, including friendships and how you interact with others. Christine Clark, MS, RD, CSSD is passionate about helping you make peace with food, heal your relationship with food, your body, and how you move your body so you can enjoy your life to the fullest!
Colleen Duddy is a private practice registered dietitian who helps runners and athletes fuel for peak performance while repairing their relationship with food. With expertise in both sports nutrition and eating disorder recovery, she blends performance science with compassion to help clients train, recover, and thrive without extremes or fear-based eating. Colleen believes athletes are more likely to follow a fueling plan when they understand exactly how it impacts their body on a physiological level. She uses high-level sports science paired with easy-to-grasp metaphors to make it click. One example? If you struggle to justify eating enough on a rest day, reframe it like this: “Think of your body as a car on a road trip. If you pull over at a gas station to use the bathroom, you wouldn’t skip filling up just because you’re parked because you know you’ll still need fuel in the tank to keep going”.

This is further enhanced by a state-of-the-art Physical Therapy and Manual Therapy center, alongside Physical Assessments. Dr. Alyssa Travers, a licensed psychologist, specializes in neuropsychological and educational evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults, providing comprehensive assessments that offer diagnostic clarity and guide effective interventions. Drawing on extensive experience in schools, universities, and clinical settings—including her tenure as a staff psychologist at Massachusetts General Hospital—she works with students facing learning, developmental, and mental health challenges, with particular expertise supporting neurodivergent students and autistic females. Her whole-person approach evaluates cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and executive functioning to deliver actionable recommendations that promote student success. Evaluations are beneficial for understanding academic difficulties, attention or executive function challenges, and mental health concerns, as well as for supporting IEPs, 504 Plans, private school accommodations, or NCAA documentation for athletes. Through these assessments, families gain a thorough understanding of a student’s strengths and challenges, practical guidance for home and school, and a clear path forward for growth, confidence, and achievement.

Nourishing Bits and Bites, LLC is dedicated to helping people discover ways to work with their body – to learn how to listen, respond, and be in relationship with it. The practice is rooted in the belief that health and performance pursuits must be inclusive of mental, social, and financial health.
There is no “one size fits all” answer. What is “healthy” is based on context and application – there is no food or movement that is healthy or unhealthy in isolation.
Whether you are looking to improve your relationship with food / body / movement or optimize athletic performance, or both, Nourishing offer a curious, collaborative and mindful approach to help guide and support you towards achieving your goals.
